By registering for any Be Intact LLC, Relationship By Design Coaching LLC or Relationship By Design program, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment is required to secure your spot in a workshop, course, or event.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations for in person events made within a specified period may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Refer to the specific program's terms for details. Online courses and webinars are non-refundable due to the nature of digital resources, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other materials provided as part of the program. Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued and missed webinars will be available via recording.

3. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive learning environment. Any violation or voluntary removal may result in expulsion from the program(s) without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during workshops, courses, and events are the intellectual property of Be Intact LLC and Relationship by Design and Relationship By Design Coaching LLC. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or use is strictly prohibited.

All content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and materials, on the Be Intact LLC website in partnership with Relationship By Design and Relationship By Design Coaching LCLC, and in our programs is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

We may ask You to leave a rating and/or review of Your purchase. If You choose to write a review, You must comply with the following guidelines:

7. Non-Refundable Purchases

The purchase of any digital content, workbook, or webinar is non-refundable. Once the transaction is completed, no refunds will be provided. Please carefully review your selection before making a purchase. Seminars and workshops musts be cancelled 60 days prior for a full refund and are subject to a processing fee up to $200 for the refund, please see your events specific cancellation policy as refunds and transfers may be given on a sliding scale in between 30-60 days of the purchased event.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Be Intact reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

You agree to pay any applicable shipping and/or handling fees as stated on your checkout cart screen.

ERRORS OR MISTAKES IN PRICING

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if We have already received payment. Any such changes will be conveyed in writing via email to notify You of Our correction and to allow You to take the most appropriate action in the event of such a correction or mistake.

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of participation in our live events. Our tiered refund policy is as follows:

• Full Refund (100%): Requests for cancellation made 60 days or more before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund.
   
• 50% Refund: Cancellation requests made 30 days or less before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
   

2. Transfer Policy

Participants have the option to transfer their registration to another workshop date, subject to the following conditions:

• Transfer Fee: A $250 transfer fee will apply to transfers requested within 30 days of the original workshop date should a participant want to transfer their workshop date.
   

3. Webinars, Digital Content, Ebooks, Virtual Private Coaching, and Online Courses

All charges for webinars, digital content, ebooks, virtual private coaching, or online courses are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the nature of these offerings, which involve the provision of digital resources and content.

4. Minimum Requirements for In-Person Events

Certain in-person events must meet a minimum requirement based on factors such as workshop, theme, location, or destination. We cannot predict registrations, and in the event that a workshop does not meet the minimum requirement, we reserve the right to cancel the event. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and the following options will be available:

• A full refund of the registration fee.
   
• The option to transfer registration to another available workshop date without incurring any transfer fees.

CHARGEBACKS

REVOCATION​ ​OF​ ​ACCESS
